"The whole interaction was honestly confusing. I was being asked about all these other policies that I didn't need, and they were not explained in a way that was easy to understand. I did not realize that I had to enroll in Drive Safe and Save to keep the price I was quoted for car insurance, and I don't want that thing. It was not explained that the discount can change every six months. Overall wishing that I had not gone through the hassle to switch back to State Farm."

"Thank you for your feedback, Vicky. I am very sorry that Drive Safe and Save was not explained to you more thoroughly. It is a beacon that Bluetooth's to your phone through the State Farm app and automatically gets you a discount. It does reevaluate your discount every 6 months and we see more often than not that discount increasing! The worst case scenario by setting up DSS is you get less of a discount, but overall it is still saving you more money on your insurance by having it then by not having it.
